  1. How many catchers are there in MLB with career on base percentages higher than .346? How many teams have a BACK-UP catcher with a career on base percentage higher than .346? How many teams have fans capable of being upset about HAVING a BACK-UP catcher with a career on base percentage of .346?

  2. So, Drew VerHagen is healthy now?! That is really getting my fan blood pumping into getting a partial-season ticket plan now. Not!

    • Management + media have been over-hyping the Tigers for enough years that maybe a tipping point has been reached. Today’s serious fan has a lot more alternative sources of info available and the Tiger Talking Points aren’t matching up too well.

  4. Messrs. Ausmus, Avila, Gibson, Miggy, J.V., Ian, J.Z., Gose, & Alex. We know that Miggy is working out, JV is golfing, Ian won’t be renting Alex’s house, & Alex caught a really big fish. I’d be pulling my hair out if it weren’t for Totally Tigers.

  5. I did not see the “six” mentioned in the reader’s responses, so here goes. I really think there are probably more than six. Off the top of my 7-7/8: Zimmy and Vmart-Comeback. Upton-Figured it out. Out to have another great season-JV, Ian, Miggy.
